Eat Beans And Legumes Every Day And See What Happens To Your Body

I am one of those tht eat legumes and beans just about every day, however, weight gain is very noticeable. Granted exercise is not something that I practice and my lifestyle is one of serious leisure, so I am vulnerable to weight gain no matter what I decide to eat. The best thing is that beans fully agree with my daily digestion and kidney activity enjoy the beans and legumes.
